8oz. ground meat (pork suggested), cooked through in sesame oil
1 cup mushrooms, thinly sliced
½ cup sweet and sour sauce
1 cup green onions, thinly sliced
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
½ tbsp. sesame oil

Directions
  • In a large pan, heat 1/2 tbsp. of sesame oil over medium-high temperature.
  • Add the cooked ground meat and mushrooms to the pan and cook for two minutes.
  • Add Pero Family Farms Vegetable Slaw to the pan and cook for an additional two minutes.
  • Next, add the sweet and sour sauce and cook until the vegetables are to your desired texture.
  • Add the green onions to the finished dish and garnish with sesame seeds (optional)
