- 12oz. ribeye steak, cut very thin
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 4 hoagie style rolls, toasted
- 1 tbsp. olive oil

Directions
- Heat a large sauté pan with olive oil to medium high temperature. Add the peppers and onions and cook for 3 minutes.
- Next add the steak and cook for 2 more minutes or until the steak is cooked to your desired texture.
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- lace an even amount of meat in each toasted bun
- Top each hoagie with 2 slices of cheese
- Next place the peppers and onions on top and enjoy!
