What You Need

Ingredients
  • 12oz. Pero Family Farms Vegetable Medley, blanched
  • 1 ½ tbsp. butter
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1 cup vegetable stock
  • 1 ½ cups of milk
  • 1 ½ cups white cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 cups small pasta shells, cooked
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large pot melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the flour slowly and stir until completely incorporated into the butter.
  4. Next, add the vegetable stock and whisk until smooth.
  5. Add milk, whisking until smooth.
  6. Next, add the cheese and salt and pepper
  7. In a large baking dish, combine the cooked pasta and blanched vegetable medley.
  8. Pour the sauce over the cooked pasta and vegetables. Mix well.
  9. Place into the oven and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
