What You Need

  • 12oz. Pero Family Farms Vegetable Medley, roughly chopped
  • 2 cups Rotisserie Chicken, pulled and shredded
  • 6oz. Pero Family Farms English Peas
  • ½ cup Pero Family Farms Mini Sweet Peppers, seeded and diced
  • 6 biscuits
  • 3 cups milk
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 1 ½ tbsp. butter
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Lets Get Started

  1. Melt the butter in a large stock pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the flour and mix thoroughly.
  3. Next, add the milk, water, and chicken bouillon cube to the pot.
  4. Whisk until completely smooth.
  5. Cook for 5 minutes on medium-low heat.
  6. Add the chicken, Vegetable Medley, English Peas, and Mini Sweet Peppers to the pot.
  7. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally or until the vegetables are cooked to your desired texture.
  8. Add salt and pepper, to taste
  9. Serve with a cooked biscuit in each bowl.
