- 8 oz. Pero Family Farms Mini Sweet Peppers, roasted
- 2 tubes of ready-made pizza dough
- 2 cups, Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 oz. pepperoni, sliced

Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 375 F.
- Lay out pizza crusts and add 1 cup of cheese on top of each.
- Cut into 1″ strips.
- Place roasted Mini Sweet Peppers on top of the cheese.
- Add pepperoni slices in between peppers.
- Roll each strip of dough up and place into well-greased muffin tin
- Bake in oven at 375 F for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve with your favorite pizza sauce and enjoy!
