  • 8oz. Pero Family Farms Brussels Sprouts, halved
  • ½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup almonds, sliced
  • 1 ½ tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Place all of the vegetables into a baking dish.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil, evenly.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  5. Carefully place the pan in the oven and cook for 15 minutes or until the
    vegetables are tender.
  6. Carefully remove pan from oven, and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
  7. Top with toasted almonds and serve
