What You Need

  • 3 cups, freshly cooked sushi rice, seasoned and cooled to room temperature
  • 1lb. your favorite crab meat, chopped
  • 2 cups Pero Family Farms Mini Sweet Peppers, seeded and cut into rings
  • 1 cup Pero Family Farms Vegetable Slaw
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup green onions, sliced
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 8 nori sheets cut into 4 pieces

Lets Get Started

  1. Preheat oven to 375⁰F
  2. In a large bowl, combine the crab, mayonnaise and sour cream.
  3. Using wet hands, spread the cooked, seasoned rice in a 9 X 13” pan
  4. Add the Vegetable Slaw and Mini Sweet Peppers evenly over the rice.
  5. Next, spread the crab mixture evenly over top.
  6. Bake at 375⁰F for 20 minutes.
  7. Serve a spoonful of the sushi bake on a nori slice, and fold into a roll.
