What You Need

Ingredients
  • 1oz. sushi grade tuna
  • 1 cup of sushi rice, cooked
  • 1 nori sheet
  • 1 tbsp. Rice wine vinegar
  • 3 Pero Family Farms Snipped green beans

Directions
  1. Using a bamboo roller place plastic wrap on top and place the rice evenly along 1 edge in a tea drop shape.
  2. Press the tuna and green beans into the rice and gently wrap over.
  3. Cut the tear drop shaped roll in half and place on the nori sheet with the 2 thin edges touching.
  4. Gently roll both sides of the nori to the center and press the ends in.
  5. Slice into ½” pieces and serve with your favorite sushi condiments.
