  • 1lb. chicken tenderloins
  • 10oz. Pero Family Farms Broccoli Florets
  • 6oz. Pero Family Farms Snipped Green Beans
  • 8oz. Pero Family Farms Mini Sweet Pepper Rings
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • ½ cup red onions, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup green onions, sliced
  • ½ cup toasted coconut, shredded
  • ½ cup teriyaki style sauce

Lets Get Started

Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400⁰F.
  2. Arrange the chicken, Broccoli Florets, Green Beans, Mini Sweet Pepper Rings, pineapple and red onions on a sheet pan.
  3. Drizzle the Teriyaki sauce evenly over the chicken and vegetables. Stir to coat.
  4. Cook for 20 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked to your desired texture.
  5. Remove from the oven and top with green onions and toasted coconut.
  6. Optional: Serve in a pineapple boat
