  • 12oz. Sweet Italian Sausage
  • 4 hoagie style buns
  • 2oz. Marsala Wine
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. dry oregano
  • 1 tsp. dry basil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
  1. In a large sauté pan heat 1 tbsp. of olive oil over medium-high temperature.
  2. Next, add the fajita mix, sausage, garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook for 3-5 minutes and add the Marsala wine.
  4. Cook the mixture for 2-3 more minutes or until the sausage is cooked completely and the vegetables are cooked to your desired texture.
