What You Need

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Pero Family Farms Vegetable Slaw
  • 1 cup Pero Family Farms Mini Sweet Peppers, seeded and julienned
  • 1 cup Pero Family Farms English Peas
  • 6 sheets of rice paper
  • 1 tbsp. black sesame seeds
  • ½ cup Teriyaki Dipping Sauce (optional)

Directions
  1. Soak your rice paper in water for 10 seconds -until it gets soft but not mushy
  2. Sprinkle black sesame seeds over the rice paper.
  3. Place the Vegetable Slaw evenly over the rice paper sheets.
  4. Next, add the Mini Sweet Peppers and English Peas.
  5. Fold the sides of the rice paper in, and roll tightly.
  6. Serve with your favorite Teriyaki Dipping Sauce.
