Ingredients
  • 12oz. Pero Family Farms Green Beans
  • ½ cup corn
  • ½ cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup feta cheese crumbles
  • ½ cup orange segments
  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp. Chili powder
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
  1. Blanch the green beans and set aside.
  2. Heat a large sauté pan with olive oil to medium-high temperature.
  3. Add the corn, garlic, onions, pepper, orange segments, chili powder, salt and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes or until vegetables are cooked to your desired texture.
  4. Remove from the heat, top with feta and cilantro and serve.
