  • ½ cup bean sprouts
  • ½ cup carrots, matchstick
  • ½ cup green onions, sliced
  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 lime, quartered
  • 1 ½ tbsp. soy sauce
  • ½ tbsp. Chinese 5 Spice
  • 1 tbsp. Olive oil

Directions

To Serve Cold:

  1. In a large mixing bowl add Zucchini Veggie Spirals, sprouts, carrots, onions, 5 Spice, and olive oil.
  2. Serve with soy sauce and fresh lime juice.

To Serve Hot:

  1. Preheat a sauté pan to medium-high temperature.
  2. Add the Zucchini Veggie Spirals, sprouts, carrots, onions, 5 Spice, and olive oil to the pan.
  3. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring continuously. Serve with soy sauce and fresh lime juice.
