1 sprig of rosemary

- Preheat oven to 350⁰ F.
- Slice Mini Sweet Peppers into rings
- Place the potatoes and Mini Sweet Pepper Rings into a large mixing bowl.
- Add the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Mix well.
- Next, place the potatoes and Mini Sweet Pepper Rings on a greased sheet tray or in a greased baking dish.
- Place in oven and cook for 30 minutes or until the potatoes and Mini Sweet Peppers are cooked to your desired texture.
