What You Need

Ingredients
  • 6 oz. Pero Family Farms Snipped Green Beans, blanched
  • 5oz. canned tuna, drained
  • 1 cup Pero Family Farms Mini Sweet Peppers, seeded and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • ½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup kidney beans, cooked, drained
  • ½ cup mixed olives
  • 1 tbsp. Italian parsley
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
  1. In a large salad bowl, add the Green Beans, tuna, Mini Sweet Peppers, spinach, onion, kidney beans, olives, and parsley.
  2. Top with parsley and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the lemon juice, honey, and olive oil.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad.
  5. Mix well and serve!
