  • 8oz. Pero Family Farms Mini Sweet Peppers
  • 4oz. Chicken breast, cut into 1 ½“ pieces
  • 4oz. Pineapple, cut into 1 ½“ chunks
  • ½ cup teriyaki glaze
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 kabob sticks
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Preheat your grill to a medium-high heat.
  2. Build your kabobs by arranging the Mini Sweet Peppers, pineapple and chicken on the skewers.
  3. Grill for approximately 3 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Brush teriyaki glaze on the kabobs 1 minute before removing from the grill.
