  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • ½ cup feta cheese (optional)
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp. white wine
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
  1. Microwave Broccoletti according to package directions
  2. In a large sauté pan, heat the olive oil to medium-high temperature.
  3. Add the shrimp and Broccoletti and stir.
  4. Next, add the garlic, wine, tomato sauce, salt, and pepper and stir to combine.
  5. Cook for 6-7 minutes or until the shrimp and vegetables are cooked to your desired texture.
  6. Top with feta cheese. (Optional)
