What You Need

Ingredients
  • 1 bag of Pero Family Farms Brussels Sprouts, cut in half
  • 1 cup Cipollini onions
  • 1 cup red bell pepper, diced ½”
  • ½ cup candied pecans
  • ¼ cup maple glaze
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375.
  2. Place all the vegetables on a large sheet tray, drizzle with olive oil, maple glaze, salt, and pepper- bake for 30 minutes or until the vegetables have reached your desired texture.
  3. Top with candied pecans and rosemary.
