What You Need

Ingredients
  • 8oz. Pero Family Farms Broccoletti, blanched
  • 6oz. Pero Family Farms Green Beans, blanched, chopped into small rounds
  • 12oz. ricotta cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 12oz. cooked ham
  • 6oz. Mozzarella cheese
  • 6oz. parmesan cheese
  • 2- 9” unbaked pie crusts
  • add diced minis to recipe garnish

Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F
  2. Place ricotta in a large mixing bowl. Beat in eggs, one at a time, with an electric mixer on low speed.
  3. Stir in ham, salami, mozzarella, and prosciutto until well combined.
  4. Line a 9-inch pan with a pie crust.
  5. Sprinkle each pie with Parmesan cheese, then cover with top pie crust.
  6. Crimp the edges and cut steam vents in tops.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven until crust is golden brown, about 1 hour.
