  • 2 cups penne pasta, cooked
  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken, cooked and sliced
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • 3/4 cup red onions, sliced
  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. fresh parsley chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
  1. Heat the olive oil in a large sauté pan to medium-high heat.
  2. Next, add the broccoli, red onion, chicken, tomatoes, and salt and pepper to the

  5. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve.
