- 2 cups penne pasta, cooked
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken, cooked and sliced
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 3/4 cup red onions, sliced
- ยฝ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. fresh parsley chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
