Ingredients

2, 13oz. packages of Pero Family Farms Cubed Butternut Squash
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tbsp. fresh sage, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste

Lets Get Started

Directions
  1. Microwave the Butternut Squash for 5 minutes, according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Carefully remove from microwave and empty into a large mixing bowl.
  3. Smash the squash with a fork.
  4. Add the butter, and sage.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Mix well and add to a serving dish.
  7. Garnish with fresh sage and serve!
