- 8oz. Pero Family Farms broccoletti
- 2 tbsp. Olive oil
- 1 sheet of puff pastry, cut into rectangles
- 1 red apple, thinly sliced
- 1 cup brie
- 1 cup of chicken sausage, cut in small rounds
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 large sheet of parchment paper

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Lay the puff pastry out flat and cut into equally sized rectangles.
- Place parchment paper on the sheet pan
- Drizzle olive oil on parchment paper
- Place 1-2 spears of Broccoletti on sheet pan in 6 piles
- Place 3 slices of apple on top of each pile.
- Top each pile with 2-3 sausage rounds
- Place a puff pastry rectangle on top of each pile and seal edges with a fork
- Brush eggwash onto each pastry
- Bake at 375°F for 10-12 minutes or until the dough is golden brown
- Flip over each tart with spatula and serve
