What You Need

  • 8oz. Pero Family Farms broccoletti
  • 2 tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry, cut into rectangles
  • 1 red apple, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup brie
  • 1 cup of chicken sausage, cut in small rounds
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 large sheet of parchment paper

Lets Get Started

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Lay the puff pastry out flat and cut into equally sized rectangles.
  3. Place parchment paper on the sheet pan
  4. Drizzle olive oil on parchment paper
  5. Place 1-2 spears of Broccoletti on sheet pan in 6 piles
  6. Place 3 slices of apple on top of each pile.
  7. Top each pile with 2-3 sausage rounds
  8. Place a puff pastry rectangle on top of each pile and seal edges with a fork
  9. Brush eggwash onto each pastry
  10. Bake at 375°F for 10-12 minutes or until the dough is golden brown
  11. Flip over each tart with spatula and serve
