  • 3 slices of Prosciutto
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp. dijon mustard for dipping (optional)

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Lay the puff pastry out on flat surface
  3. Brush with mustard
  4. Place prosciutto evenly on top
  5. Cut into 1-inch strips
  6. Wrap around bundle of Asparagus
  7. Brush puff pastry with egg wash
  8. Bake at 375°F for 10-12 minutes or until the dough is golden brown
