8oz. Pero Family Farms Asparagus, halved
8 eggs, scrambled
1 pre-made 9″ pie crust
½ cup sour cream
½ cup whole milk
½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
½ cup Pero Family Farms Mini Sweet Peppers, diced
½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
- Pre-heat the oven to 375°F and place the crust inside of a 9” pie pan.
- Place the pie pan in the oven and cook the crust for 5 minutes.
- Remove the crust from the oven and allow to cool slightly.
- In a large mixing bowl, add eggs, sour cream, milk, and cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste and mix well.
- Carefully pour the quiche mixture into the pie pan.
- Arrange the Asparagus, Mini Sweet Peppers, and onions to create a design.
- Carefully place back into the oven and cook for 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the quiche comes out dry.
