What You Need

Ingredients

8oz. Pero Family Farms Asparagus, halved
8 eggs, scrambled
1 pre-made 9″ pie crust
½ cup sour cream
½ cup whole milk
½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
½ cup Pero Family Farms Mini Sweet Peppers, diced
½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 375°F and place the crust inside of a 9” pie pan.
  2. Place the pie pan in the oven and cook the crust for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove the crust from the oven and allow to cool slightly.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, add eggs, sour cream, milk, and cheese.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, to taste and mix well.
  6. Carefully pour the quiche mixture into the pie pan.
  7. Arrange the Asparagus, Mini Sweet Peppers, and onions to create a design.
  8. Carefully place back into the oven and cook for 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the quiche comes out dry.
