10oz. Pero Family Farms Zucchini Veggie Spirals

1 cup grape tomatoes

½ cup black beans, drained and rinsed

½ cup corn

½ cup Queso Fresco (Mexican Crumbled Cheese)

¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced

¼ cup green onion, sliced

½ lime, cut into wedges

2 tbsp. cilantro, chopped

1 tbsp. taco seasoning

1 tbsp. olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Drizzle with olive oil and add the taco seasoning – mix well.
