1 tbsp. cilantro, chopped
1 tsp. white vinegar

Directions
- Start by puréeing your watermelon.
- In a blender, add the chopped watermelon and puree until smooth.
- Next, in a large bowl, add your watermelon purée, Greek yogurt, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Then, add the Organic Vegetable Slaw and combine until dressing and slaw is mixed thoroughly.
