½ cup plain Greek yogurt

1 cup seedless watermelon, chopped

1 tbsp. cilantro, chopped

1 tsp. white vinegar

1 tsp. white sugar

Salt and pepper to taste

  • Start by puréeing your watermelon.
  • In a blender, add the chopped watermelon and puree until smooth.
  • Next, in a large bowl, add your watermelon purée, Greek yogurt, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  • Then, add the Organic Vegetable Slaw and combine until dressing and slaw is mixed thoroughly.
