1 cup Pero Family Farms Vegetable Slaw

1 cup Pero Family Farms Mini Sweet Peppers, seeded and julienned

1 cup Pero Family Farms English Peas

6 sheets of rice paper

1 tbsp. black sesame seeds

½ cup Teriyaki Dipping Sauce (optional)

Directions

  • Soak your rice paper in water for 10 seconds -until it gets soft but not mushy
  • Sprinkle black sesame seeds over the rice paper.
  • Place the Vegetable Slaw evenly over the rice paper sheets.
  • Next, add the Mini Sweet Peppers and English Peas.
  • Fold the sides of the rice paper in, and roll tightly.
  • Serve with your favorite Teriyaki Dipping Sauce.
