½ cup sesame ginger dressing

½ cup green onions, sliced

1 tbsp. sesame seeds


Sesame Ginger and Carrot Dressing

½ cup carrots

1 tbsp. onions

1 tbsp. rice wine vinegar

½ tbsp. vegetable oil

½ tbsp. soy sauce

½ tbsp. ginger

1 tsp. sesame oil

Let’s Get Started


  • Cook the vegetable medley in the microwave or stovetop to your desired texture using the directions on the back of the bag.
  • Place the cooked vegetables into a serving bowl and top with green onions and sesame seeds.
  • Evenly drizzle the dressing over the top or serve on the side.
