What you need

Ingredients

12oz. Pero Family Farms® Snipped Green Beans

½ cup red kidney beans

½ cup garbanzo beans

1 cup wild rice, cooked

½ cup dried cherries

¼ tbsp. port wine

2 tbsp. green onions

2 tbsp. parmesan cheese

1 ½ tbsp. butter, unsalted

1 tbsp. garlic, minced

1 tbsp. parsley, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Cook the green beans to desired texture using the directions on the back of the bag.
  • Heat a large pot to medium high heat and add the butter, garlic and wine.
  • Next add the kidney beans and garbanzo beans, cooked wild rice, cherries and green beans.
  • Stir for 2 minutes or until the mixture is completely warm.
  • Pour into a serving dish and top with green onions, parsley and parmesan cheese.
