1oz. sushi grade tuna

1 cup of sushi rice, cooked

1 nori sheet

1 tbsp. Rice wine vinegar

3 Pero Family Farms Snipped green beans

Directions

  • Using a bamboo roller place plastic wrap on top and place the rice evenly along 1 edge in a tea drop shape.
  • Press the tuna and green beans into the rice and gently wrap over.
  • Cut the tear drop shaped roll in half and place on the nori sheet with the 2 thin edges touching.
  • Gently roll both sides of the nori to the center and press the ends in.
  • Slice into ½” pieces and serve with your favorite sushi condiments.
