  • 12oz. Pero Family Farms Green Beans, blanched
  • 10oz. Pero Family Farms Riced Cauliflower, cooked according to package directions
  • 6 oz. rock shrimp
  • ½ cup cashews
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tbsp. siracha
  • 1 tbsp. sesame oil (sub olive oil)

Directions
  1. Heat olive oil to medium-high temperature in a large sauté pan or wok.
  2. Add the shrimp, blanched Green Beans, and cashews to the pan.
  3. Cook for 1 minute.
  4. Next, add the soy sauce, vinegar, honey and sriracha to the pan.
  5. Cook for 2 more minutes.
  6. Serve over the cooked Riced Cauliflower.
