12oz. Pero Family Farms Green Beans, blanched

10oz. Pero Family Farms Riced Cauliflower, cooked according to package directions

6 oz. rock shrimp

½ cup cashews

2 tbsp. soy sauce

1 tbsp rice wine vinegar

1 tbsp. honey

1 tbsp. siracha

1 tbsp. sesame oil (sub olive oil)

Directions

  • Heat olive oil to medium-high temperature in a large sauté pan or wok. 
  • Add the shrimp, blanched Green Beans, and cashews to the pan.
  • Cook for 1 minute.
  • Next, add the soy sauce, vinegar, honey and sriracha to the pan.
  • Cook for 2 more minutes.
  • Serve over the cooked Riced Cauliflower.
