What You Need

Ingredients
  • 10.5oz. Pero Family Farms Squash+ Sliced Zucchini, Yellow Squash, Bell Peppers & Onions
  • 1 ½ tbsp. cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 tbsp. garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan to medium-high temperature. Add all of the vegetables to the pan and cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Next, add the garlic, cilantro, chili powder and lime juice to the pan.  Cook for 2 more minutes or until the vegetables reach your desired texture.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy!
