What you need

Ingredients

10.5oz. Pero Family Farms Squash+ Sliced Zucchini, Yellow Squash, Bell Peppers & Onions

1 ½ tbsp. cilantro, chopped

1 tbsp. chili powder

1 tbsp. garlic, minced

1 tbsp. lime juice

1 tbsp. olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan to medium-high temperature. Add all of the vegetables to the pan and cook for 2 minutes.

  • Next, add the garlic, cilantro, chili powder and lime juice to the pan.  Cook for 2 more minutes or until the vegetables reach your desired texture. 

  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
