12 oz. Pero Family Farms Green Beans
2 cups Pero Family Farms Cubed Butternut Squash
1 cup Pero Family Farms Mini Sweet Peppers, diced
1 ½ tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. fresh sage, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400⁰F.
- In a medium bowl, add the Green Beans, Butternut Squash and Mini Sweet Peppers. Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Mix well.
- Next, place the vegetables evenly on a large baking sheet.
- Place the vegetables in the oven and roast for 25 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked to your desired texture.
- Sprinkle fresh sage over the vegetables before serving.
