1 lb. chicken tenderloins

1 cup yellow onion, thinly sliced

1 ½ tbsp. taco seasoning

1 tbsp. fresh lime juice

1 tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped

1 tbsp. olive oil

6 tortillas

  • Place all ingredients in a large resealable bag and shake well, until chicken and vegetables are coated in seasoning.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes so the flavors can marinate.
