¾ cup Pero Family Farms English Peas

½ cup red bell pepper, diced

½ cup vegetable stock

¼ radicchio, shredded

1 tbsp. garlic, minced

1 tbsp. parsley, chopped

1 tbsp. olive oil

½ tbsp. turmeric

Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Heat a large sauté pan to medium high and add the olive oil.
  • Add the Riced Vegetable Medley, English peas, red pepper and garlic. Cook for 2 minutes continuously stirring.
