What you need

Ingredients

10oz. Pero Family Farms Riced Cauliflower

½ cup Vegetable stock

2 tbsp. Celery, chopped

2 tbsp. Carrots, shredded

1 ½ cup Raisins

1 tbsp. Onions, diced

½ tbsp. Garlic, minced

½ tbsp. Rosemary, chopped

½ tbsp. Parsley, chopped

1 tbsp. olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  • In a large sauté pan pre-heat the olive oil to medium high temperature.
  • Next add the cauliflower, celery, carrots, raisins, onion, and garlic.
  • Cook for 2 minutes continuously stirring.
  • Next add the vegetable stock, parsley, rosemary and salt, and pepper.
