4 pre-cooked flatbreads

1 yellow onion, thinly sliced and carmelized

1 cup fresh corn, raw-sliced off cobb

1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed

1 cup baby arugula

½ cup BBQ sauce

  • Spread 1 tbsp. of BBQ sauce on the flatbread, then top with ¼ cup of Vegetable Slaw.
  • Next, add ¼ cup of beans and corn and top with caramelized onions and arugula.
