1/2 cup Mini Sweet Peppers, sliced into thin rings

1 tbsp. fresh mint, finely chopped

  • In a large mixing bowl add the coconut milk, blueberries, Mini Sweet Peppers and mint.
  • Mix well until blended.
  • Carefully fill the pop molds.
  • Freeze for at least 2 hours.
