This California Roll inspired Mini Sweet Pepper Sushi Bake is the perfect dish to impress your friends and family at your next party! Served deconstructed-style with sheets of nori, and topped with Sriracha and spicy mayo, this sushi bake turns into a handheld treat that everyone will love.




What you need


3 cups, freshly cooked sushi rice, seasoned and cooled to room temperature

1lb. your favorite crab meat, chopped

2 cups Pero Family Farms Mini Sweet Peppers, seeded and cut into rings

1 cup Pero Family Farms Vegetable Slaw

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup green onions, sliced

½ cup sour cream

8 nori sheets cut into 4 pieces

  • Preheat oven to 375⁰F
  • In a large bowl, combine the crab, mayonnaise and sour cream.
  • Using wet hands, spread the cooked, seasoned rice in a 9 X 13” pan
  • Add the Vegetable Slaw and Mini Sweet Peppers evenly over the rice.
  • Next, spread the crab mixture evenly over top.
  • Bake at 375⁰F for 20 minutes.
  • Serve a spoonful of the sushi bake on a nori slice, and fold into a roll.
