12 corn tortillas

1 cup Mexican crumble cheese

1 cup fresh cilantro

2 limes, cut into wedges

Your favorite Hot Sauce (optional)

Directions

  • Preheat grill to medium-high temperature.
  • Grill the steak until cooked to your desired temperature.
  • While the steak is cooking, grill the Mini Sweet Peppers until cooked to your desired texture.
  • Thinly slice the steak once it is done cooking.
  • Next, remove the stems and seeds from the Mini Sweet Peppers and thinly slice them into small rings.
  • Quickly grill each side of the tortillas.
  • Add equal amounts of steak and peppers to each tortilla.
  • Top with cheese, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime juice.
