1lb. Pork Tenderloin, sliced into 1” cubes

1 ½ tbsp. maple syrup

1 tbsp. olive oil

1 tbsp. fresh sage, chopped

½ tsp. salt and pepper

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400⁰ F
  • Arrange the green beans, butternut squash and pork on the sheet pan.
  • Drizzle the maple syrup, olive oil, salt and pepper evenly over everything.
  • Place in the oven and cook for 25 minutes or until the pork is completely cooked and the vegetables are to your desired texture.
  • Garnish with fresh sage and serve.
