1 cup couscous, cooked, chilled
½ cup radicchio, sliced thin
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 tbsp. lemon zest,
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. minced garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
