11oz. Pero Family Farms Sliced Zucchini & Yellow Squash
1 tbsp. garlic, crushed
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. rosemary, chopped
1 tbsp. thyme, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan to medium-high temperature.
Add zucchini and yellow squash, cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Next, add the garlic, lemon, fresh herbs, salt and pepper. Cook for 2 more minutes or until the vegetables are cooked to your desired texture.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
