½ cup Pero Family Farms Mini Sweet Pepper Rings

1 cup garbanzo beans, cooked

½ cup cashews

½ cup Korean BBQ Sauce

¼ cup vegetable stock

½ tbsp. olive oil

Directions

  • Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan to medium-high temperature.
  • Add the cashews and cook for about one minute, toasting slightly.
  • Mix in the Brussels Sprouts, Mini Sweet Pepper Rings, garbanzo beans and vegetable stock.
  • Cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add the Korean BBQ sauce and cook for an additional minute – or until the Brussels Sprouts are cooked to your desired texture.
