What you need

Ingredients

2 cups Pero Family Farms Green Beans, chopped into small pieces

10 wonton wrappers

½ red onion, thinly sliced

½ cup carrots, matchsticks

½ cup bean sprouts

¼ cup BBQ sauce

1 tbsp. rice wine vinegar

½ tbsp. soy sauce

1 tbsp. black sesame seeds

1 tbsp. white sesame seeds

Nonstick cooking spray

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350F. Spray a mini muffin baking tray with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Place the wonton wrappers in the center of the muffin cups and gently press down to make a cup. Bake for 5 minutes. Remove cups from the muffin tray and let cool.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, add the green beans, carrots, bean sprouts, red onion, soy sauce, BBQ sauce and rice wine vinegar. Mix well. Next, spoon the vegetable mixture evenly into the wonton cups and top with sesame seeds.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
