START TO FINISH
11oz. Pero Family Farms Sliced Zucchini & Yellow Squash
1 tomato, cut into rounds
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 tbsp. olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 400⁰F. Place all of the vegetables on a baking tray and spread evenly.
Next, drizzle olive oil over the vegetables. Sprinkle Italian seasoning, salt and pepper evenly over the vegetables and toss gently so that vegetables are evenly coated.
Roast for 18-20 minutes or until the vegetables reach your desired texture.
