1 head of Butter Lettuce

½ cup hummus

2 tbsp. chives, sliced

Directions

  • Cook the vegetables to your desired texture using the microwave directions on the back of the package. 

  • Place a tsp. of hummus in each lettuce cup and evenly distribute the vegetables onto lettuce leaves. 

  • Top with chives, salt and pepper.
