What You Need
Ingredients
- 2 hearts of romaine lettuce, halved
 - 16 Pero Family Farms Mini Sweet Peppers, grilled
 - ¾ cup feta cheese
 - 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
 - 1 ½ tbsp. olive oil
 - Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
- Preheat grill to medium-high temperature.
 - Grill the Mini Sweet Peppers until cooked to your desired texture.
 - While the Mini Sweet Peppers are cooking, lightly brush the romaine hearts with the olive oil and place on the grill. Cook for 1 minute on each side.
 - Remove the lettuce and peppers from the grill.
 - Top the lettuce with Mini Sweet Peppers and Feta cheese.
 - Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice and salt and pepper over top and serve.
