10oz. Pero Family Farms Organic Vegetable Slaw
1 cupPero Family Farms Green Beans, chopped
1 cup Pero Family Farms Mini Sweet Peppers, seeded and diced
Green Goddess Dressing Ingredients
Juice of 2 lemons
¼ cup olive oil
2 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
2 garlic cloves
1 small shallot
¼ cup walnuts
1 cup basil leaves
1 cup spinach leaves
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
- Place all salad ingredients into a large bowl
- Green Goddess Dressing Instructions – Add all of the liquid ingredients to a blender and blend.
- Then add all of the dry ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Pour dressing over the salad and mix well.
